The treatment

Botox is relatively painless. Dr. Sylvester can use a topical anesthetic cream to numb the area before treatment, if you desire. Please ask for that if you tend to be extra sensitive to pain or discomfort. Any discomfort you do feel should subside immediately after treatment.

The results

It takes about two weeks for the treatment to reach full effectiveness. Results last about three to five months. The treatment can be repeated as soon as you need it again. Subsequent treatments tend to have longer-lasting results.
